Abstract

ABSTRAK Dea Merinda. 6661140289. Skripsi. Efektivitas E-procurement di Bidang Pelaksana Pengadaan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Trasnmisi Bagian Barat UPT Cilegon. Program Ilmu Administrasi Publik. Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Serang 2021. Pembimbing I : Dr. Titi Stiawati, S.Sos., M. SI dan Pembimbing II : Dr. Ipah Ema Jumiati, S.Ip., M.Si Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas e-procurement di Bidang Pelaksana Pengadaan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Transmisi Bagian Barat UPT Cilegon. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Efektivitas menurut Duncan, dimana yang menjadi parameter dalam penelitian ini yaitu pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik satu sampel (One Sample T-test) menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang berhubungan dengan barang dan jasa yaitu 17 responden dan beberapa rekanan sebagai penyedia barag dan jasa sebanyak 26 responden. Hasil pengukuran efekvifitas eprocurement di Bidang Pelaksana Pengadaan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Transmisi Jawa Bagian Barat UPT Cilegon diperoleh hasil yang efektif. Persentase yang didapatkan yaitu sebesar 78,2%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil ttabel 14,93 > 1,681. Artinya thitung lebih besar dibanding ttabel. Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan, menunjukan H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Adapun Saran dari penelitian ini dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengadaan barang dan jasa di PT. PLN (Persero) UIT JBB UPT Cilegon harus bisa menciptakan strategi baru, memperbaharui sistem aplikasi e-proc PLN agar semakin berinovasi, melakukan sosialiasasi, mengadakan pelaihan mengenai e-proc PLN dan juga dalam pelaksanaannya diterapkan sesuai dengan misi sehingga eprocurement dapat diimplementasikan lebih baik. Hypothesis testing is carried out, showing H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted. The suggestions from this research in increasing the effectiveness of the procurement of goods and services at PT. PLN (Persero) UIT JBB UPT Cilegon must be able to create new strategies, update theapplication system e-proc PLNto be more innovative, carry out socialization, hold training oneffectively. e-proc PLNand also implement it in accordance with the mission so that e-procurement can be implemented moregood.
