Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya fenomena penerapan kebijakan work from home pada masa pandemic covid-19. Kebijakan work from home diterapkan untuk perusahaan di Indonesia guna memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19. Penerapan kebijakan work from home merupakan konsep kerja baru di Indonesia dan memicu banyak persepsi dari kalangan karyawan. Salah satunya yaitu Karyawan PT Elka Buana Sejahtera. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana karyawan menyeleksi, mengorganisasikan dan menginterpretasikan terhadap kebijakan work from home pada masa pandemic covid-19. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori persepsi dan teori perbedaan individu (Individual Differences Theory). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dimana peneliti berusaha memaparkan dan menafsirkan data yang ada untuk memperoleh gambaran sistematis mengenai persepsi karyawan PT Elka Buana Sejahtera terhadap kebijakan work from home pada masa pandemic covid-19. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Elka Buana Sejahtera yang melaksanakan kebijakan work from home sebanyak 25 orang, pemilihan responden menggunakan Total Sampling. Hasil Penelitian ini menjelaskan persepsi karyawan PT Elka Buana Sejahtera dengan tingkat seleksi tinggi yaitu sebesar 67,75%. Tingkat pengorganisasian tinggi yaitu sebesar 77,62% dan tingkat interpretasi juga tinggi yaitu sebesar 76,12%.

Additional Information: This research was effected because the phenomenon of implementation of the work from home policy during the pandemic covid-19. Work from home policy applied to companies in Indonesia which is useful for breaking the chain of the spread covid-19. Implementation of the work from home policy is a new work concept in Indonesia and triggers a lot of perceptions from employees. One of them including employees of PT Elka Buana Sejahtera. Formulation of the problem in the research are how is the selection of employees, organizing and interpretation of work from home policy during the pandemic covid-19. The theory used in this research is the theory of perception and also theory of individual differences (individual differences theory). This research uses descriptive quantitative methods where reserchers tried to exposing and interpretating data to obtain the description in a systematic concern perception the employment PT Elka Buana Sejahtera of work from home policy during the pandemic covid-19. The respondent in this research is the employees of PT Elka Buana Sejahtera who implement work from home policy as many as 25 people. The selection of respondent is performed using total sampling. This research result describes employees perception of PT Elka Buana Sejahtera with a high level of selection that amounted to 67,75%. Organizing are also high level 77,62% and high level of interpretation is equal to 76,12%. Keywords: Perception, Employees, Work From Home Policy
