Abstract

Tujuan penyusunan tugas akhir ini yaitu mengetahui Penerapan Offering Tam untuk Memenuhi Kebutuhan Pelanggan Pada PT. Telkom Witel Banten. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang mengamati secara keseluruhan tentang bagaimana proses penerapan tersebut. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapat dari manajer CC (Costumer Care) dan staf pemasaran PT. Telkom Witel Banten. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh secara langsung dari Buku, Jurnal Ilmiah, Perusahaan maupun secara Online dari internet seperti web resmi. Hasil tugas akhir ini memperlihatkan bahwa proses penerapan Offering Tam PT. Telkom Witel Banten sudah memiliki kualitas pelayanan yang baik dalam melakukan tugasnya yaitu melakukan penawaran produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan.

Additional Information: The purpose of this final assignment is knowing the Application of Offering Tam to Meet Customer Needs at PT. Telkom Witel Banten. The writing method used is a descriptive method that observes the overall how the implementation process. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the CC (Costumer Care) manager and PT. Telkom Witel Banten. Whereas secondary data is obtained directly from Books, Scientific Journals, Companies and Online from the internet such as the official web. The results of this final project show that the process of implementing PT Tam Offering. Telkom Witel Banten already has good service quality in carrying out its duties, namely offering products in accordance with customer needs. Keywords: Product, Offering, Process
