Abstract
This case study was motivated by an increase in Diabetes Mellitus cases in the Well Pecung area, it was found 2 people suffering from Diabetes Mellitus. Based on data obtained at the Serang City Health Center, it was found that there were 579 Diabetes Mellitus cases. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of family nursing care with instability of blood glucose levels in clients with diabetes mellitus by monitoring blood sugar in Sumur Pecung Village. Diabetes is a disease caused by high levels of glucose in the blood that exceed normal limits or can be called hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia usually refers to a plasma blood sugar ratio that is higher than 10 mmol/l or 180 mg/dl. The results of blood sugar based on gender are very influential, based on researchers, female gender has a greater risk of developing diabetes mellitus compared to male sex. Because women are more prone to stress. The data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and physical examinations. The method used is Nursing Care, namely nursing actions which include assessment, planning, action, and evaluation. In the village environment of Well Pecung Serang City in 2022. From the results obtained, based on the results of case studies, clients 1 and 2 experienced ignorance of caring for family members in maintaining stable blood glucose levels or experiencing hyperglycemia. Finally, the author has concluded that the problems in both clients can be resolved so that the intervention can be stopped. The results obtained from research that have been applied are GDS which is more than the normal limit for DM patients and lack of DM management such as DM diet and lifestyle in patients with Diabetes Mellitus.

| Additional Information: | Studi kasus ini di latarbelakangi oleh adanya peningkatan kasus Diabetes melitus di wilayah sumur pecung ditemukan 2 orang yang menderita Diabetes Melitus, Bedasarkan data yang diproleh di puskesmas serang kota ditemukan berjumlah 579 kasus Diabetes Melitus Terdiri dari Laki-laki 230 Orang, Perempuan 349 Orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapat gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga Dengan Ketidakstabilan Kadar Glukosa Darah Pada Klien Diabetes Melitus Dengan Tindakan Memonitoring Gula Darah Di Kelurahan Sumur Pecung. Diabetes merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh tingginya kadar glukosa dalam darah yang melebihi batas normal atau bisa disebut dengan Hiperglikemia. Hiperglikemia biasanya mengacu pada rasio plasma gula darah yang lebih tinggi daripada 10 mmol/l atau 180 mg/dl. Hasil gula darah bedasarkan kelamin sangat mempengaruhi, bedasarkan peneliti jenis kelamin permpuan memiliki risiko untuk terkena diabetes melitus lebih besar dibandiingkan dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki. Karena perempuan lebih cenderung rentan terhadap stress Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asuhan Keperawatan yaitu Tindakan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, perencanaan, Tindakan, dan evaluasi. Di lingkungan kelurahan sumur pecung kota serang pada tahun 2022. Dari hasil yang di dapatkan bedasarkan hasil studi kasus pada klien 1 dan 2 tersebut mengalami ketidaktahuan merawat anggota keluarga dalam menjaga ke stabilan kadar glukosa dalam darah atau mengalami hiperglikemia. Akhirnya penulis telah mengambil kesimpulan terkait masalah pada kedua klien dapat teratasi agar intervensi bisa dihentikan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian yang suda di terpkan yaitu GDS yang lebih dari batas normal penderita DM dan kurangnya pengelolaan DM seperti diit DM dan gaya hidup pada pasien penderita Diabetes Mellitus. | |||||||||
