Abstract
Menurut Peraturan Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, Dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 tahun 2015 Tentang Pendirian, Pengurusan, Pengelolaan, dan Pembubaran Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Terdapat 326 Desa di Kabupaten Pandeglang terdapat beberapa desa yang dalam pelaksanaannya sudah dianggap baik oleh Kepala Bidang Pemberdayaan DPMPD Kabupaten Pandeglang, salah satunya yaitu Desa Muruy, desa tersebut diharapkan menjadi contoh bagi desa lain yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam mengelola BUMDes. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen BUMDes di Desa Muruy belum optimal karena masih ditemukan masalah pada Pemerintah Desa yang belum mempunyai peraturan yang mengatur secara spesifik mengenai kerjasama dengan masyarakat, kurangnya sumber daya manusia dalam kepengurusan BUMDes dan kurangnya koordinasi antara pengelola unit usaha, kurangnya pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan BUMDes. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu peran Pemerintah Desa untuk melakukan sosialisasi secara continue juga memberi perhatian khusus bagi masyarakat yang mempunyai usaha sendiri terhadap keberlangsungan unit usaha dengan memperhatikan sumber daya manusianya. Diharapkan agar pengelola BUMDes mendapat bimbingan dalam mengembangkan unit usaha dan menggali potensi yang ada, perlunya pengawasan dari Pemerintah Desa yang dilakukan secara rutin dalam pengelolaan BUMDes, tetapi pengawasan dalam hal pembukuan atau administrasi juga.

| Additional Information: | According to the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Areas, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2015 concerning the Establishment, Management, Management and Disbanding of Village�Owned Enterprises. There are 326 Villages in Pandeglang Regency, there are several villages which in their implementation have been considered good by the Head of the Empowerment Division of DPMPD Pandeglang Regency, one of which is Muruy Village, the village is expected to be an example for other villages in Pandeglang Regency in managing BUMDes. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through observation and interviews. The results of this study can be concluded that the management of BUMDes in Muruy Village is not optimal because there are still problems with the Village Government that do not have regulations that specifically regulate cooperation with the community, lack of human resources in managing BUMDes and lack of coordination between business unit managers, lack of supervision, on the management of BUMDes. Suggestions from this research are the role of the Village Government to carry out socialization continuously and also pay special attention to people who have their own business towards the sustainability of the business unit by paying attention to their human resources. It is hoped that BUMDes managers will receive guidance in developing business units and exploring existing potential, the need for supervision from the Village Government which is carried out routinely in the management of BUMDes, but also supervision in terms of bookkeeping or administration.
