Abstract

Indonesia berada di wilayah yang diapit oleh tiga lempeng tektonik dunia yakni lempeng Indo-Australia, lempeng Eurasia dan lempeng Pasifik yang mengakibatkan Indonesia rawan terhadap gempa bumi. Para peneliti terus memutakhirkan peraturan bangunan tahan gempa untuk meminimalisir keruntuhan bangunan dan korban jiwa sehingga terbit peraturan terbaru yakni SNI 2019 sebagai revisi SNI 2012. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan spektra desain 34 kota di Indonesia berdasarkan SNI 2012 dan SNI 2019 serta pengaruhnya terhadap bangunan lama dan yang akan segera dibangun. Metode penelitian untuk membandingkan percepatan spektra desain SNI 2012 dan SNI 2019 dilakukan dengan bantuan Ms. Excel dimana nilai SS dan S1 diperoleh dengan mengakses situs online puskim 2012 dan aplikasi offline RSA 2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada kelas situs SC, SD dan SE terdapat kota yang mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan percepatan spektra desain. Kota Pontianak mengalami kenaikan paling besar disemua jenis tanah dengan rasio 3,676-9,813 sedangkan Kota Kendari, Palu dan Makassar mengalami penurunan paling besar pada jenis tanah berbeda baik periode pendek atau 1 detik. Terdapat 1 kota yang tidak mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan yakni Kota Jayapura pada jenis tanah sedang untuk periode pendek. Secara umum untuk kota yang mengalami kenaikan spektra desain signifikan sebaiknya melakukan evaluasi terhadap perilaku struktur bangunan lama dan bangunan yang segera dibangun sebaiknya segera memakai peraturan gempa SNI 2019 karena parameter penentu besaran beban gempa sebagian besar mengalami peningkatan dari peta hazard gempa sebelumnya.

Additional Information: Indonesia is located between three tectonic plates of the world there are IndoAustralia, Eurasia and Pasific who make Indonesia prone to earthquake. The researcher renewable the guidelines of the earthquake resistant building to reduce damage of buildings and people injured so the new guidelines SNI 2019 has been published to change SNI 2012. This research aims to compare Spektra desain 34 cities in Indonesia based on the SNI 2012 and the SNI 2019 and affected old buildings and the building is going to be built. The method of the research to compare spektra desain based on the SNI 2012 and the SNI 2019 is helped by Ms. Excel which is SS and S1 value obtained by accessing online site puskim 2012 and offline application RSA 2019. Based on the research on site class SC, SD and SE there are cities who have an increase and decrease spektra design acceleration. Pontianak has the biggest increase in site classes with rasio 3,676-9,813 meanwhile Kendari, Palu and Makassar have the biggest decrease in different site classes at short and 1 periods. There is a city who doesn’t change for those the new guidelines earthquake that is Jayapura on medium soil properties at short periods. Generally the cities who have a significant increase spektra desain acceleration value should too soon evaluate the structure of the old building and the building is going to be built immediately the SNI 2019 because the parameters that determine the magnitude of the earthquake load have mostly increased from the previous earthquake hazard map.
