Abstract

Gempa bumi merupakan bencana alam yang sering terjadi di Indonesia,berdasarkan peta persebaran gempa bumi di Indonesia, provinsi Banten termasuk dalam daerah yang rawan gempa, tercatat pada 2018 terjadi gempa di Lebak berkekuatan 6,1 Magnitudo yang mengakibatkan sebanyak 8.467 rumah rusak, danpada tahun 2019 terjadi gempa di Sumur berkekuatan 6,9 Magnitudo yangmengakibatkan 476 rumah rusak. Kota Cilegon memiliki resiko tinggi terjadinyagempa dan tsunami karena letaknya berdekatan dengan Gunung Anak Krakatau danSelat Sunda, akan tetapi mayoritas rumah penduduk di Kota Cilegon tidakmenggunakan perhitungan struktur dan pedoman teknis, maka dari itu pentinguntuk melakukan evaluasi kesesuaian struktur rumah tinggal terhadap pedoman teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian rumah tinggal di KotaCilegon terhadap pedoman teknis, mengetahui persentase kesesuaian rumah tinggal dan mengetahui tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pedoman teknis, sertamengetahui ketidaksesuaian struktur bangunan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebagian besar rumah di Kota Cilegon tidak sesuaidengan pedoman teknis rumah tinggal tahan gempa, sebanyak 71,25% rumahtinggal tidak sesuai dan 28,75% rumah tinggal sesuai, dari data hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pedoman teknis diKota Cilegon cukup rendah sebesar 11,25%, dan struktur dengan persentaseterendah yaitu balok lintei sebesar 21,06%.

Cilegon City has a high risk of earthquakes and tsunamis due to its proximity to Mount Anak Krakatau and the Sunda Strait, however the majority of residents' houses in Cilegon City do not use structural calculations and technical guidelines, therefore it is important to evaluate the suitability of residential structures against technical guidelines. This study aims to determine the suitability of houses in the city of Cilegon against technical guidelines, to know the percentage of housing suitability and to know the level of public understanding of technical guidelines, as well as to determine the mismatch of building structures. Based on the results of research, most of the houses in Cilegon City do not comply with the technical guidelines for earthquake resistant houses, as many as 71.25% of houses are not suitable and 28.75% of houses are suitable, from the research data shows that the level of public understanding of the technical guidelines in Cilegon City is quite low at 11.25%, and the structure with the lowest percentage is lintei beams at 21.06%.
