Abstract

Barriers to physical mobility or impaired physical mobility are limitations of the upper and lower extremities in moving independently and purposefully. While the related factors are damage to bone integrity, the presence of musculoskeletal disorders, damage to the integrity of bone structure, the existence of a movement restriction program. Fracture is a term that refers to a discontinuity of bone either totally or partially determined by its type and extent. The method chosen for fracture reduction depends on the nature of the fracture. The type of reduction that can be performed on fracture patients is Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF). Post-ORIF fracture patients will experience several nursing problems, one of which is impaired physical mobility. Impaired physical mobility must be treated immediately, therefore nurses have an important role in meeting the needs of physical mobility. One of the actions that can be taken is the act of training ROM. This action is carried out starting from day 3 after surgery. This ROM action can accelerate healing and fulfill the patient's physical mobility needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the success rate of crutches in overcoming physical mobility disorders. The writing of this research uses descriptive research methods in the form of case studies with a nursing care approach that includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. In this case study, there is a comparison of 2 patients with post ORIF femur fractures. The results in this study showed an increase in physical mobility in both patients after the action of ROM training was carried out

Additional Information:	Hambatan mobilitas fisik atau gangguan mobilitas fisik adalah keterbatasan ekstermitas atas maupun bawah dalam bergerak secara mandiri dan terarah. Sedangkan faktor berhubungannya yaitu kerusakan integritas tulang, adanya gangguan muskuloskeletal, kerusakan pada integritas struktur tulang, adanya program pembatasan gerak. Fraktur adalah istilah yang mengacu pada diskontinuitas tulang baik total maupun sebagian yang ditentukan oleh jenis dan luasnya. Metode yang dipilih untuk reduksi fraktur bergantung pada sifat frakturnya. Jenis reduksi yang dapat dilakukan pada pasien fraktur adalah Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF). Pasien fraktur post ORIF akan mengalami beberapa masalah keperawatan, salah sataunya gangguan mobilitas fisik. Gangguan mobilitas fisik harus segera ditangani, oleh karena itu perawat memiliki peran penting dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan mobilitas fisik. Tindakan yang dapat dilakukan salah satunya adalah tindakan melatih ROM. Tindakan ini dilakukan mulai dari hari ke 3 setelah operasi. Tindakan ROM ini dapat mempercepat peyembuhan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan mobilitas fisik pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk megetahui sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan Tindakan melatih ROM dalam megatasi gangguan mobilitas fisik. Penulisan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Dalam studi kasus ini yaitu perbandingan 2 orang pasien dengan post ORIF fraktur femur. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunujukan adanya peningkatan mobilitas fisik pada kedua pasien setelah dilakukan Tindakan melatih ROM
