Abstract

Perpajakan menjadi sektor andalan pemerintah, karena menjadi sumber penerimaan terbesar negara. Maka peneriman dari sektor pajak dan penencapaian target penerimaannya perlu ditingkatkan. Penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam organisasi dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui adakah pengaruh TQM yang terdiri dari: perbaikan berkesinambungan dan pelibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan, terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan di moderasi oleh sistem penghargaan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode stratified random sampling sebanyak 85 pegawai. Variabel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah variabel independen Perbaikan Berkesinambungan, Pelibatan dan Pemberdayaan Karyawan, variabel dependen Kinerja Manajerial, variabel moderating Sistem Penghargaan. Menggunakan data primer. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.0 Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa Perbaikan Berkesinambungan, Pelibatan dan Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, dan Sistem Penghargaan memperkuat hubungan antara Pelibatan Dan Pemberdayaan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial, tetapi Sistem Penghargaan tidak memperkuat hubungan antara Perbaikan Berkesinambungan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial.

Additional Information: Tax is the government's mainstay sector, because it is the largest source of state revenue. Therefore, revenues from the tax sector and the achievement of revenue targets need to be improved. The application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in an organization can help in improving the quality and performance of an organization. The research objective is to analyze and determine whether there is an effect of TQM which consists of: continuous improvement and employee involvement and empowerment, on managerial performance moderated by the reward system at the Cilegon Primary Tax Office. This research uses quantitative methods. Methoddata collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses the stratified random sampling method as many as 85 employees. The variables used by researchers are the independent variable is Continuous Improvement, Employee Engagement and Empowerment, the dependent variable is Managerial Performance, the moderating variable is Reward System. Using primary data. Data analysis using SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Statistical test results show that Continuous Improvement, Engagement and Empowerment have positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance, and the Reward System strengthens the relationship between Employee Engagement and Empowerment to Managerial Performance, however the Reward System does not strengthen the relationship between Continuous Improvement to Managerial Performance.
