Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan sumber daya manusia, turnover intention, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Takagi Sari Multi Utama Tangerang (Studi Pada Departemen Produksi Injection). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 51 karyawan . Variabel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah variabel pengembangan sumber daya manusia, turnover intention, dan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel independen, variabel kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan kuisioner penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, analisis data, uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t dengan aplikasi perhitungan melalui Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v23). Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung> ttabel (11,353 > 1,67793) dan nilai signifikansi <0.05(0,000 < 0,05), turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung > ttabel (19,613 > 1,67793) dan nilai signifikan <0.05(0,000 < 0,05), serta budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan thitung > ttabel (16,875 > 1,67793) dan nilai signifikan <0.05(0,000 < 0,05). Maka pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, turnover intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Additional Information: This study aims to determine human resource development, turnover intention, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Takagi Sari Multi Utama Tangerang (Study in the Injection Production Department). This research uses quantitative methods. In this study, using the sampling technique with the Slovin formula as many as 51 employees. The variables used by researchers are the variable human resource development, turnover intention, and organizational culture as independent variables, employee performance variables as the dependent variable. To get accurate results in this study using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research uses descriptive methods, data analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination, and Ttest with calculation applications through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v23). The results of the research and discussion obtained in this study indicate the development of human resources on employee performance with tcount> ttable (11,353 > 1.67793) and a significance value <0.05 (0,000 > 0.05), turnover intention to employee performance with tcount>ttable (19,613 > 1,67793) and a significant value <0.05 (0,000 < 0.05), as well as organizational culture on employee performance with t count> t table (16,875 > 1.67793) and a significant value <0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). So human resource development on employee performance has a positive effect on employee performance, turnover intention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
