Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh On the Job Training (X1), Komitmen Organisasi (X2) , dan Disiplin Preventif (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) terhadap PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera cilegon-banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera yang berjumlah 296 orang karyawan, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 72 responden yang di tentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Uji coba instrument penelitian dilakukan di PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling, dan dalam pengukuran kuesioner menggunakan skala Diferensial Semantik. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik dan uji linier berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis denga n menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 22 diketahui bahwa dari hasil uji t, nilai thitung dari variabel (X1) = 2.254 > ttabel 1.667 dengansig (X1) 0.027 < α (0.05), nilai thitung dari variabel (X2) = 2.179 > ttabel 1.667 dengan sig (X2) 0.033 < α (0.05), nilai thitung dari variabel (X3) = 3.346 > ttabel 1.667 dengan sig (X3) 0.001 > α (0.05). Maka secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan bahwa On the Job Training, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Disiplin Preventif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera, Cilegon Banten

Additional Information: | This study aims to determine the effect of On the Job Training (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Preventive Discipline (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) against PT. Krakatau, Bandar Samudera, Cilegon-Banten. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Krakatoa Bandar Samudera which amounted to 296 employees, and the sample used is 72 respondents who are determined using Slovin's formula. The research instrument trial was conducted at PT. Krakatoa Bandar Samudera, with sampling using the probability sampling method, and in the measurement of the questionnaire using the Semantic Differential scale. Analysis method used are data quality test, classical assumption test and multiple linear test with IBM SPSS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis using the help of the IBM SPSS software version 22 it is known that from the t-test results, the tcount value of the variable (X1) = 2.254 > ttable 1.667 with sig (X1) 0.027 < (0.05), the tcount value of the variable (X2) = 2.179 > ttable 1.667 with sig (X2) 0.033 < (0.05), the tcount value of the variable (X3) = 3.346 > ttable 1.667 with sig (X3) 0.001 > (0.05). So overall it can be said that On the Job Training, Organizational Commitment, and Preventive Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT.
