Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Dan Motivasi Intrinstik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT PLN Banten Utara. Populasi penelitian: seluruh karyawan yang ada di PT PLN (Persero) Serang-Banten baik karyawan tetap maupun karyawan tidak tetap yang berjumlah 100 orang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 55 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik Voluntary Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heterokedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji-t. Hasil: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t hitung (2.500) > t tabel (2.006646805) dan sig (0,017) < α (0,05)) (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t-hitung (1.461) < t-tabel (2.,006646805) dan sig (0,152) > α (0,05)) (3) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t-hitung > (-1.555) < t-tabel (2.006646805) dan sig (0.128) > α (0,05)).

Additional Information: This study aims to determine the effect of the Effect of Democratic Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance at PT PLN Banten Utara. Study population: all employees in PT PLN (Persero) Serang-Banten both permanent and non-permanent employees, amounting to 100 people. The sample of this study was 55 people, using the Voluntary Sampling technique.
