Abstract

Head injury is a physical impact on the head that affects parts of the brain causing abnormalities in cognitive, physical and psychosocial functions, either temporarily or permanently, accompanied by bleeding or without bleeding (Syna, Rizka, Ari 2021). The risk of aspiration is being susceptible to the entry of gastrointestinal secretions, oropharyngeal secretions, liquid or solid objects into the tracheobronchial tract, which can interfere with health (Anggun I, 2019). The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that 96 million people per year in the world experience head injuries as a result of traffic accidents and most of them occur in developing countries (Ginting L, Kuat S, Renni S, 2020). The research used in this research is descriptive research. with the method of collecting data through observation, interviews, and study documentation. The subjects in this case study were two patients with head injuries with a risk of aspiration in the emergency room at RSUD dr. drajat prawiranegara attack

Cedera kepala adalah benturan fisik pada kepala yang mempengaruhi bagian otak menyebabkan kelainan pada kognitif,fisik dan fungsi psikososial baik secara sementara atau permanen yang disertaii dengan adanya perdrahan atau tanpa perdarahan (Syna,Rizka,Ari 2021). Resiko aspirasi merupakan rentan mengalami masuk nya sekresi gastrointestinal, sekresi orofaring, benda cair atau padat kedalam saluran trakeobronkial, yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan (Anggun I, 2019). World health organization (WHO) melaporkan bahwa 96 juta orang pertahun di dunia mengalami cedera kepala akibat dari kecelakaan lalulintas dan dan yang banyak terjadi yaitu di negara berkembang (Ginting L,Kuat S,Renni S,2020). Tujuan : Memberikan Asuhan keperawatan Gawat Darurat dengan rangkaian asuhan kegiatan yang diberikan pada kondisi kegawat daruratan yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan tingkat kegawatan pasien dalam mengatasi kondisi kegawatan di IGD. penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. dengan metode mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan study dokumentasi. subyek dalam penelitian kasus ini adalah dua pasien yang mengalami cedera keplaa dengan resiko aspirasi di ruang instalasi gawat darurat RSUD dr. drajat prawiranegara serang.
