Abstract
Di zaman yang serba modern penggunan motor bakar menjadi transportasi aternatif yang banyak digunakan. Sehingga upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas bahan bakar menjadi sesuatu yang penting guna untuk menjaga mesin agar tatap dalam kondisi normal dan dapat mengurangi tingkat polusi. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pencampuran zat aditif dengan merek eco racing pada bahan bakar mesin motor bensin jenis premium (oktan 88). Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini menggunakan 6 variasi bahan bakar yaitu premium murni, premium+1/4, premium+1/2, premium+1, premium+2, dan premium+3. Sedangakan variabel kontrol adalah variasi putaran yaitu 4000 rpm, 4500 rpm, 5000 rpm, 5500 rpm, 6000 rpm. Dari pengujian tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai torsi dan daya terbesar adalah pada bahan bakar premium+1 pada kecepatan putaran 6000 rpm yaitu 8,32 Nm dan 7,01 HP. Sedangkan pada pengujian sfc nilai erkecil adalah pada bahan bakar premium murni pada kecepatan putaran 5500 rpm yaitu 43,461g/kWh.

Additional Information: | In modern times, the use of a motor fuel is a widely used alternative transportation. So that efforts to improve fuel quality are important in order to keep the engine face-to-face in normal conditions and reduce pollution levels. This study aims to determine the effect of mixing additives with the eco racing brand on premium gasoline engine fuel (octane 88). The independent variable in this study uses 6 variations of fuel, namely pure premium, premium + 1/4, premium + 1/2, premium + 1, premium + 2, and premium + 3. While the control variable is the rotation variation, namely 4000 rpm, 4500 rpm, 5000 rpm, 5500 rpm, 6000 rpm. From these tests, the results show that the value of the greatest torque and power is at premium fuel + 1 at a rotation speed of 6000 rpm, namely 8.32 Nm and 7.01 HP. Whereas in the sfc test the smallest value is for pure premium fuel at a rotation speed of 5500 rpm, namely 43.461g / kWh. | |||||||||
