Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel kemiskinan, penanaman modal dalam negeri, upah minimum provinsi dan belanja modal terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia pada 11 Provinsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan periode waktu penelitian dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019. Adapun data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Kementrian Keuangan RI. Metode analisa yang digunakan yaitu regresi data panel dengan model estimasi fixed effect model (FEM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel kemiskinan, penanaman modal dalam negeri, upah minimum provinsi dan belanja modal secara parsial (Uji-t) terhadap indeks pembangunan. Adapun hasil penelitian secara simultan (Uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel penelitian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia.

| Additional Information: | The purpose of research is to determine how the influence of the variables of poverty, domestic investment, provincial minimum salary and capital expenditure on the human development index in 11 provinces in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data with time period of the research from 2015 until 2019. Data obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia. Analysis method is used panel data regression with a fixed effect model (FEM) estimation model. Based on the research results, it shows that there is an influence of the poverty variable, domestic investment, provincial minimum salary and partial capital expenditure (t-test) on the development index. The results of the research simultaneously (F-Test) show that all research variables have a significant effect on the human development index.
