Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap semangat kerja dan kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Power melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Indonesia Power dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner berupa daftar pernyataan dan di analisa dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari enam hipotesis yang ada dalam penelitian ini terdapat lima hipotesis yang diterima yaitu pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan satu hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Additional Information: | This study aims to determine the effect of training on morale and employee performance of PT. Indonesia Power through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at PT. Indonesia Power with a sample size of 90 respondents. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that of the six hypotheses in this study, there were five accepted hypotheses, namely training had an effect on employee morale, training had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee morale, job satisfaction had an effect on employee work satisfaction. employee performance and morale have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
