Abstract
. One of the alternative feed ingredients that high nutritional value, does not contain toxins, is easily obtained, and is not a basic human need is corn waste which is one of the waste by-products that has the potential as a substitute for feed raw materials including Corn Gluten Meal (CGM) and Corn Steep Powder (CSP). This study aims to evaluate the digestibility of Corn Gluten Meal (CGM) and Corn Steep Powder (CSP) in milkfish (Chanos chanos) feed. This research was conducted with 3 treatments and 4 replications. The results showed that the use of CGM as a substitute for raw material for soybean meal showed significantly different results (P <0.05) on the protein digestibility parameters with a value of 79.781, the fat digestibility, energy were not significantly different (P> 0.05) but higher from CSP treatment with a value of 32.36 for energy digestibility and 23.716 for fat digestibility. At feed intake, specific growth rate, feed efficiency and milkfish survival rates there were no significant differences in all treatments.
