Abstract

Melon (Cucumis melo L.) is a one of the leading commodities of Indonesian fruits. Melon is very liked by people because of the sweet taste, smooth texture, and delicious. This research was conducted from May to August 2019 at the Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Jakarta Province DKI Jakarta. That research was conducted using a Split Plot Design with a RAK (Randomized Group Design) system consist is of 2 factors, They are First Main Plot, nutrient dose (N) as the factor, and the seconds is Plot: variety (V). The observed growth response included several parameters, namely plant height , number of leaves, root length wet root weigh, dry root weight, fruit weight, fruit diameter, fruit thickness. To know the effect of the treatment, analysis was performed (F test). If the F test results show the difference, then futther test carried out by using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) of 5%. 1600 ppm of this research obtained that administration of nutritional dosages of Ab mix Melon which is 1600 ppm gives showed significant difference results on the parameters of the number of leaves in 2 WAP (weeks after planting), with results (6.00). However, there is Golden aroma melon variety son the parameters parameters showed more significant difference of plant height 2 WAP (weeks after planting), namely the results (16.89) cm. And there was interaction between nutritional dosage and variety (8,11) on parameters observed Melon dry root weight.
