Abstract
Biro Administrasi Rumah Tangga Pimpinan merupakan unit kerja dari sekretariatan daerah Provinsi banten dalam tugasnya memberi pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang benar-benar jelas terkait dengan akuntabilitas keuangan daerah sesuai dengan APBD yang ada, masalah yang sering sekali terjadi dalam proses melaporkan akuntabilitas keuangan daerah aparat pemerintah masih belum sesuai yang diharapkan masyarakat. Pertanggungjawaban yang di lakukan pemerintah merupakan perwujudan dari penyediaan informasi mengenai setiap tindakan atau kegiatan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang dilakukan pemerintah selama satu periode. Untuk mengurangi hambatan dalam akuntabilitas keuangan daerah pemerintah harus memberikan informasi yang benar-benar jelas terkait akuntabilitas keuangan yang ada. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah peran biro administrasi rumah tangga pimpinan terhadap akuntabilitas keuangan daerah. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari observasi yaitu pengamatan secara langsung dengan teknik wawancara dengan pihak yang terkait sebagai bentuk pencarian data dan dokumentasi langsung dilapangan, hasilnya yaitu Peran Biro Administrasi Rumah Tangga Pimpinan Terhadap Akuntabilitas keuangan daerah ikut berperan aktif dalam memberikan laporan akuntabilitas keuangan daerah yang sesuai dengan agenda kepemimpinan Biro dan sesuai dengan IKU (Indikator Kinerja Utama)

| Additional Information: | The Leadership Household Administration Bureau is a work unit of the regional secretariat of Banten Province in its task of providing services to the community which is completely clear regarding regional financial accountability in accordance with the existing APBD, problems that often occur in the process of reporting regional financial accountability of government officials are still not as expected by the public. Accountability carried out by the government is a manifestation of providing information about every action or activity and financial management carried out by the government during one period. To reduce barriers to local financial accountability, the government must provide highly clear information related to existing financial accountability. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the head of household administration bureau on regional financial accountability. The results of this study were obtained from observations, namely direct observation with interview techniques with related parties as a form of data search and direct documentation in the field, the result is the Role of the Leadership Household Administration Bureau on Regional Financial Accountability plays an active role in providing regional financial accountability reports the agenda of the Bureau leadership and according to the IKU (key performance indicators) Keywords: Accountability, Regional Finance | |||||||||
