Abstract

Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja di bidang konstruksi serta adanya tuntutan dalam perlindungan tenaga kerja maka diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk mewujudkan tercapainya kecelakaan nihil (zero accident) pada pelaksanaan konstruksi, sejak dikeluarkannya peraturan pemerintah tentang keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebaiknya dimulai dari tahap yang paling dasar, yaitu pembentukan budaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengertahui besar persentase faktor-faktor Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) terhadap tingkat kecelakaan kerja, mengetahui faktor-faktor Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) yang dominan terhadap tingkat kecelakaan kerja dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) di Proyek Pembangunan Nines Plaza Residence. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh besar persentase faktor-faktor Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) sebesar 85,3% dan faktor Kebersihan, Kesehatan dan Ketertiban Lingkungan Kerja (X1.2) dengan koefisien regresi - 1,412, Pemasangan Alat Pengaman Kerja di Lingkungan Kerja (X1.5), Pemasangan Rambu-rambu Penempatan Material (X2.1) dengan koefisien regresi 1,680, Pengelolaan Hasil Sisa Material (X2.3) dengan koefisien regresi 2,082, dan Prosedur K3 Dimengerti Oleh Pekerja (X4.5) dengan koefisien regresi 2,252.

Additional Information: The high number of work accidents in the construction sector as well as the demand for labor protection, it is necessary to make efforts to achieve zero accidents in construction, since the issuance of a government regulation on occupational safety and health.
