Abstract

The main cause of fertilizer distribution problems caused by the system is not currently running optimally. Common problems occur in the form of scarcity of subsidized fertilizers, delays in fertilizer distribution, inaccuracies in fertilizer targets and prices above the provisions exceeding the elevated retail price (HET). To overcome this, the government has given a breakthrough in the form of a farm card program. The research aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of farm cards on the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution. Primary data is collected from farmers who have farm cards in the district cikeusal serang Banten district. Sampling of research was conducted by means of non random sampling purposive method as many as 71 respondents spread in cikeusal subdistrict. The research data was analyzed using descriptive quantitative method with Partial Lest Square (PLS) method. The results showed that the implementation of farm cards had a positive influence on the implementation of subsidized fertilizer distribution with a coefficient value of 0.264 lines of research also stated that the factors of the implementation of farm cards are still low, namely 54.1 percent of this is influenced by age, environment, and economic factors. The educational factor has a good response value to the implementation of farm cards.
