Abstract

Employee satisfaction is an important asset of the company, one of the wasy that the company does is by paying attention to human resources and the company needs to create a conducive environment, fair and decent wages, fair managerial attitudes and behavior. This study aims to determine the satisfaction of permanent employees and know the facilities, work environment and health provided by the company. This research is quantitative with survey research methods, data analysis methods using multiple repression analysis. The results of this study indicate that employees are still satisfied with the factors used to measure employee satisfaction. The factors used in the analysis are facilities, environment, health and job satisfaction
