Abstract

Fracture is a fracture of the continuity of bone tissue generally caused by rudapkit in the bone or fracture of the continuity of the bone caused by external pressure that comes larger than can be absorbed in the bone. Based on research based on basic health data in the 2018 province of banten fracture of the upper extremism is a typical case following a fracture of lower extremism, where the fracture is caused by a traffic accident (31.4%), home injury (44.7%) and a work accident (9.1%). Fracture post orif patients will cause some nursing problems, including skin integrity disorder. The goal of this study is to be able to perform nursing care in upper extremis post orif fracture patients with aseptic wound treatments. The writing of this scientific work uses descriptive research methods in the form of case studies with nursing approaches that include prestudy, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of this study is the ratio of 2 paejen people to the orif fracture of the upper extremities post. The case reports came back with files on Mr. D and Mrs.A post orif fracture over extremities day 2. Both patients had wounds that were still wet and covered with gauze. The result of the study was the problem of skin integrity disorders. Intervention is treatment of wounds made to improve the healing process. Implementation made is care.

Additional Information:	Fraktur adalah terputusnya kontinuitas jaringan tulang yang umumnya disebabkan oleh rudapaksa pada tulang atau rusaknya kontinuitas tulang yang disebabkan tekanan eksternal yang datang lebih besar dari yang dapat diserap pada tulang. Berdasarkan hasil Riset data kesehatan dasar di provinsi Banten tahun 2018 fraktur ekstremitas atas merupakan kasus yang oaling sering terjadi setelah fraktur ekstremitas bawah, dimana fraktur tersebut disebabkan oleh kecelakaan lalu lintas (31,4%), cedera di rumah (44,7%) dan kecelakaan kerja (9,1%). Pasien fraktut post ORIF akan menimbulkan beberapa masalah keperawatan termasuk salah satunya gangguan integritas kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mampu melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post orif fraktur ekstremitas atas dengan tindakan perawatan luka aseptik. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan pendekatan keperawatan yang meliputi prngkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu perbandingan 2 orang paejen dengan post ORIF fraktur ekstremitas atas. Hasil laporan kasus ditemukan data Tn.D dan Ny.A post ORIF fraktur ekstremitas atas hari ke-2. Kedua pasien memiliki luka operasi yang masih basah dan terbalut kasa. Dari hasil pengkajian tersebut didapatkan masalah gangguan integritas kulit. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah perawatan luka yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan proses penyembuhan luka. Implementasi yang dilakukan yaitu perawatan luka dengan teknik aseptik. Setelah dilakukan implementasi selama 3 hari pada kedua pasien, masalah gangguan integritas kulit dapat teratasi. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini masalah gangguan integritas kulit pasien post ORIF fraktur ekstremitas atas dapat teratasi.
