| Additional Information: | Analysis of the supply of raw materials for Mr. Endut Pandeglang coffee. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of raw material inventory for Pak Endut's roasted coffee in an economical order analysis (EOQ) study. Knowing the cost efficiency of Pak Endut's coffee supplies. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is a systematic scientific study of the parts and phenomena and their relationships. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. The results showed that the total availability of raw materials for Pak Endut's roasted coffee included 890 kg of arabica coffee, 909 kg of robusta coffee, 480 kg of Liberica coffee, and a total stock of 2279 kg of coffee. Total cost efficiency of the availability of raw materials for Pak Endut coffee. Arabica coffee Rp. 45,841,149. Robusta Coffee Rp. 48,626,137. and Liberica coffee Rp. 7,522,047.
