Abstract
Appendicitis is an inflammatory process due to infection of the appendix or appendix, also known as the appendix. This infection can lead to complications if you don't get surgery immediately for treatment. Invasive action in patients with appendicitis is a surgical process called appendectomy. Appendectomy is a surgical process where the appendix is cut so that it can open the body part to remove the inflamed appendix. Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience that is subjective due to tissue damage. The impact of postoperative pain will increase stress in postoperative patients and have a negative effect on pain relief. Assessment of pain and appropriateness of analgesics should be used to ensure that postoperative pain relief in the patient is possible. The purpose of the study was to carry out nursing care for security and comfort disorders (acute pain) in post-operative appendectomy patients and to find out how effective the Al-Fatihah murottal therapy was to reduce pain intensity. The research method uses a case study method with 2 (two) patients as respondents which was carried out in the range of January to June 2022 at the Banten Province General Hospital. The intervention carried out was providing murottal therapy of Surat Al-Fatihah in post-operative appendectomy patients. The intervention is carried out every 1 (one) time a day, and takes 11-15 minutes. This intervention proved to be effective with the result that pain complaints decreased from a scale of 6-7 (0-10) to a pain scale of 2 (0-10). In conclusion, the results of nursing care carried out by researchers are in line with previous research that the Al-Fatihah murottal therapy is effective in the process of reducing pain.

| Additional Information: | Apendisitis adalah proses peradangan akibat infeksi pada usus buntu atau umbai cacing atau disebut juga apendiks. Infeksi ini bisa mengakibatkan komplikasi apabila tidak segera mendapatkan tindakan pembedahan untuk penanganannya. Tindakan invasif pada pasien dengan apendisitis yaitu dengan proses pembedahan yang disebut dengan apendektomi. Apendektomi merupakan proses pembedahan dengan cara disayat sehingga dapat membuka bagian tubuh untuk mengangkat apendiks yang meradang. Nyeri merupakan pengalaman sensorik dan emosional yang tidak menyenangkan yang bersifat subjektif akibat kerusakan jaringan. Dampak dari nyeri post operasi akan meningkatkan stres pada pasien post operasi dan memiliki pengaruh yang negatif pada penyembuhan nyeri. Pengkajian nyeri dan kesesuaian analgetik harus digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa nyeri pada pasien post operasi dapat dibebaskan. Tujuan penelitian melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan gangguan rasa aman dan nyaman (nyeri akut) pada pasien post operasi apendektomi dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas terapi murottal surat Al-Fatihah terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan 2 (dua) orang pasien sebagai responden yang dilaksanakan pada rentang bulan Januari sampai dengan Juni 2022 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Banten. Intervensi yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan terapi murottal Surat Al-Fatihah pada pasien post operasi apendektomi. Intervensi dilakukan setiap 1 (satu) kali dalam sehari, dan membutuhkan waktu 11-15 menit. Intervensi ini terbukti efektif dengan hasil yaitu keluhan nyeri menurun dari skala 6-7 (0-10) menjadi skala nyeri 2 (0-10). Kesimpulannya hasil asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya bahwa terapi murottal surat Al-Fatihah efektif dalam proses penurun nyeri. | |||||||||
