Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi peraturan mentri pendidikan dan kebudayaan no 82 tahun 2015 tentang pencegahan dan penanggulangan tindak kekerasan di lingkungan satuan pendidikan di SMA Negeri 5 Kota Serang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa implementasi peraturan menteri pendidikan dan kebudayaan nomor 82 tahun 2015 telah dilaksanakan dengan baik hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan terlaksananya berbagai komponen dalam proses penerapan kebijakan. Adanya kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan di sekolah sebagai bentuk upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan tindak kekerasan di sekolah berupa kegiatan sosialisasi rutin serta pendampingan kepada peserta didik. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan tindak kekerasan di sekolah adalah belum adanya dukungan yang diberikan oleh dinas terkait dan masyarakat cenderung acuh. Solusi dari hambatan tersebut adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik, menjalin hubugan dengan dinas dan sekolah lain serta menjalin hubungan baik dengan masyarakat.

Additional Information: The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 82/2015 concerning the prevention and handling of violence in the educational unit of SMA Negeri 5 Kota Serang. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach method. Collecting data by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of this study it was found that the implementation of the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 82 of 2015 has been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the implementation of various components in the policy implementation process. There are activities carried out in schools as a form of efforts to prevent and overcome violence in schools in the form of routine socialization activities and assistance to students. The obstacles that occur in efforts to prevent and overcome violence in schools are that there is no support provided by the relevant agencies and the community tends to be ignorant. The solution to these obstacles is to provide understanding to students, establish relationships with other agencies and schools and establish good relationships with the community.
