Abstract

ABSTRACT Heart failure or CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) is a condition where the blood is unable to control the blood to meet the needs of the tissue to metabolize, in other words, an abnormal increase in pressure in the heart is required to meet the metabolic needs of the tissue. with the problem of activity intolerance at the Banten Serang Provincial Hospital in 2022 for 4 days. This study uses a method of nursing and descriptive approach starting from assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was obtained through interviews with both patients and their families, medical records, and further studies. Actions taken: to overcome problems in activity tolerance, namely by fulfilling daily activity needs (ADL). Conclusion: nursing care for patients with heart failure can be done by meeting the needs of daily activities (Adl), and complaints of weakness decrease. Suggestion: this study can be used as reading and reference for future researchers and to increase knowledge and learning references. Additional Information:	ABSTRAK Gagal jantung atau CHF(Congestive Heart Failure) merupakan keadaan dimana jantung tidak mampu memompa darah untuk mencukupi kebutuhan jaringan melakukan metabolisme dengan kata lain, diperlukan peningkatan tekanan yang abnormal pada jantung untuk memenuhi kebutuhan metabolisme jaringan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien gagal jantung dengan masalah intoleransi aktivitas di RSUD Provinsi Banten Serang tahun 2022 selama 4 hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode : pendekatan asuhan keperawatan dan metode deskriptif dimulai dari pengkajian, diagnose keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data didapat melalui wawancara baik dengan pasien maupun keluarga pasien, rekam medik, dan study lanjut. Tindakan yang dilakukan : untuk mengatasi masalah intoleransi aktivitas yaitu dengan tindakan pemenuhan kebutuhan aktivitas sehari-hari (ADL). Kesimpulan : yaitu asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan Gagal Jantung dapat dilakukan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan aktivitas sehari-hari (Adl),dan keluhan rasa lemah menurun.Saran : penelitian ini dapat menjadi bacaan dan acuan untuk peneliti selanjutnya serta untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan referensi pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Gagal Jantung,Intoleransi aktivitas,Pemenuhan kebutuhan aktivitas sehari-hari (ADL).
