Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kecakapan Vokasional dengan Kesiapan Kerja Peserta Pelatihan Tata Boga di LKP Ghea Serang-Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan metode Korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 89 peserta didik di LKP Ghea Serang-Banten. Sample dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik teknik wawancara terstruktur, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagai berikut : 1) Terdapat hubungan antara kecakapan vokasional dasar (X1) dengan kesiapan kerja (Y) peserta pelatihan tata boga di LKP Ghea Serang-Banten, hal ini dibuktikan dari taraf siginifikansi < 5% dan nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel, yaitu : 9,966 > 1,988, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, 2) Terdapat hubungan antara kecakapan vokasional khusus (X2) dengan kesiapan kerja (Y) peserta pelatihan tata boga di LKP Ghea Serang-Banten, hal ini dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi < 5% dan nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel, yaitu : 2,856 > 1,988, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, 3) Terdapat hubungan antara kecakapan vokasional (X1, X2) dengan kesiapan kerja (Y) peserta pelatihan tata boga di LKP Ghea Serang-Banten, hal ini dibuktikan dari taraf signifikansi <5% dan nilai r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel, yaitu 51,613 > 3,10, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Adapun untuk nilai R = 0,739 dan R sangat kuat, positif, dan signifikansi dalam hubungan kecakapan vokasional dengan kesiapan kerja peserta pelatihan tata boga di LKP Ghea Serang-Banten.

This study uses a quantitative approach with correlation methods. The population in this study were 89 students in LKP Ghea Serang-Banten. Sample using total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using structured nterview techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. The results show the ollowing: 1) There is a relationship between basic vocational skills (X1) and job readiness (Y) of the culinary training participants at LKP Ghea Serang-Banten, his is evidenced by the significance level <5% and the r count is greater. from r able, namely: 9,966> 1,988, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, 2) There s a relationship between special vocational skills (X2) and work readiness (Y) of participants in culinary training at LKP Ghea Serang-Banten, this is evidenced rom the significance level <5% and the value of r count is greater than r table, namely: 2.856> 1.988, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, 3) There is a relationship between vocational skills (X1, X2) and work readiness (Y) of training participants culinary service in LKP Ghea Serang-Banten, this is evidenced by the significance level <5% and the calculated r value is greater than r table, namely 51.613> 3.10, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. As for the value of R = 0.739 and R is very strong, positive, and significant in the relationship between vocational skills and work readiness of the culinary training participants at LKP Ghea Serang-Banten. | |||||||||
