Abstract

Menumbuhkan minat baca dengan fun learning merupakan suatu proses, cara atau perbuatan menjadikan fun learning lebih bermanfaat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) langkah-langkah fun learning (2) proses pembelajaran fun learning (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menumbuhkan minat baca dengan fun learning di BIMBA AIUEO Kota Cilegon. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik dan pedoman pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 orang, yaitu 1 orang pengelola dan 2 orang pendidik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) langkah-langkah fun learning di BIMBA AIUEO Kota Cilegon sudah dilakukan dengan baik (2) proses pembelajaran fun learning dari proses perencanaan sudah baik, pelaksanaan pembelajaran terpenuhi, dan evaluasi pembelajaran peserta didik memiliki hasil yang cukup baik meskipun belum seluruh peserta didik memiliki motivasi yang tinggi (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat memiliki hasil yang kurang baik sehingga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan dan kemauan minat baca peserta didik.

Additional Information: Growing interest in reading with fun learning is a process, way or act of making fun learning more useful. This study aims to describe (1) the steps of fun learning (2) the learning process of fun learning (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in fostering reading interest with fun learning at BIMBA AIUEO, Cilegon City. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques and guidelines used were observation, interview, and documentation study. The data source of this research consisted of 3 people, namely 1 manager and 2 educators. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: (1) the fun learning steps in BIMBA AIUEO CilegonCity have been carried out well (2) the fun learning learning process from the planning process is good, the learning implementation is fulfilled, and the learning evaluation of students has results which is quite good even though not all students have high motivation (3) supporting and inhibiting factors have poor results so that it greatly affects the ability and willingness of students' reading interest.
