Abstract
Pulmonary TB is an infectious infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis that attacks the lung parenchyma so that patients feel short of breath (Dyan Nuraini, 2021). Oxygen (O2) is a very vital gas in the survival of cells and body tissues. The purpose of the study was to carry out nursing care for ineffective breathing patterns in pulmonary TB patients. This research method uses a case study method using two clients as respondents. The data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews, physical examinations, and documentation studies which were carried out from 10 march 2022 to 13 march 2022 at the Banten Provincial Hospital. Nursing care interventions are given for 3x24 hours in pulmonary TB patients to reduce the feeling of tightness felt. Keywords: Pulmonary TB, Oxygen, Oxygen Therapy

| Additional Information: | TB Paru merupakan infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang menyerang parenkim paru sehingga pasien merasa sesak (Dyan Nuraini, 2021). Oksigen (O2) merupakan gas yang sangat vital dalam kelangsungan hidup sel dan jaringan tubuh. Tujuan penelitian melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pola napas tidak efektif pada pasien TB Paru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan menggunakan dua klien sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, pemeriksaan fisik, dan studi dokumentasi yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Maret 2022 sampai tanggal 13 Maret 2022 2022 di RSUD Provinsi Banten. Intervensi asuhan keperawatan di berikan selama 3x24 jam pada pasien TB Paru untuk mengurangi rasa sesak yang dirasakan. Kata Kunci: TB Paru, Oksigen, Terapi Oksigenasi | |||||||||
