Abstract

Pembingkaian berita bukan hanya terjadi di media cetak maupun elektronik kini seiring berkembangnya zaman hadir media online atau New Media yang tak luput dari kepentingan dari sebuah individu atau sekelompok individu yang mempengaruhi Framing dari isi berita tersebut. Media online hadir sebagai alternatif akan kebutuhan manusia di era kecepatan akses untuk saat ini, namun hadirnya masih dimanfaatkan untuk segelintir orang saja, seperti yang peneliti tulis dalam skripsi membahas tentang Analisis Framing Berita Ijtima Ulama II pada media Online Kompas.com, Mediaindonesia.com dan Republika.co.id. Ijtima Ulama II dilaksanakan sebagai jawaban para ulama dalam menentukan pilihan pada pilpres 2019, kegiatan tersebut timbul banyak kontofersi terutama pada kedua kubu yakni kubu Jokowi-Amin dan Prabowo-Sandi sehingga banyak menimbulkan berbagai framing berita pada kegiatan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan teori Konstruksi Realita Sosial. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti berusaha membahas dan mengupas unsur Sintaksis, Skrip, Tematik dan Retoris berita tentang Ijtima Ulama II sesuai konsep model framing yang dikemukanan oleh Zhongdhang Pan dan Gerald M Kosicki. Hasil yang didapat dari pemberitaan Ijtima Ulama II dari ketiga media tersebut sama-sama menganggap bahwa kegiatan tersebut tidak penting untuk dilaksanakan karena terlalu bermuatan politik serta tidak merepresentasikan suara umat.

Additional Information: Framing of the news does not only occur in print or electronic media now along with the development of the era of online media present or New Media that does not escape the interests of an individual or group of individuals who influence the framing of the news content. Online media exist as an alternative to human needs in the era of speed of access for now, but their presence is still used for a handful of people, as the researchers wrote in the thesis discussing Framing Analysis of Ijtima Ulama II News on Online media Kompas.com, Mediaindonesia.com and Republika.co.id. Ijtima Ulama II was carried out as an answer to the ulemas in making choices in the 2019 presidential election. The activity arose a lot of counter-opposition, especially in the two camps, namely the Jokowi-Amin and Prabowo-Sandi camps, which caused a lot of news framing on the activity. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with Social Reality Construction theory approach. In this study, researchers tried to discuss and explore the elements of Syntax, Scripts, Thematic and Rhetorical news about Ijtima Ulama II according to the concept of the framing model raised by Zhongdhang Pan and Gerald M Kosicki. The results obtained from the reporting of Ijtima Ulama II from the three media both considered that the activity was not important to be carried out because it was too politically charged and did not represent the voice of the people.
