Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini yaitu mengenai proses adaptasi sosial anak panti asuhan darunnadwah Kecamatan Kramatwatu, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan suatu informasi mengenai dinamika kehidupan anak panti asuhan Darunnadwah di Kecamatan Kramatwatu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi tiga unsur yakni, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses adaptasi sosial anak panti asuhan Darunnadwah berdasarkan teori kontruksi sosial petter L Berger melalui 3 tahapan yakni : Eksternalisasi yaitu, pada momen ini anak asuh melakukan proses adaptasi sosial dengan nilai dan norma berupa tata tertib dan kegiatan di panti; Objektifikasi yaitu pada momen ini anak asuh melakukan habitualisasi kegiatan dan proses interaksi sosial dengan pengasuh, anak asuh dan masyarakat sekitar; Internalisasi yaitu anak asuh Darunnadwah mengidentifikasi diri menjadi anggota yang baik dengan menerima setiap kegiatan dan tata tertib yang ada di dalam panti asuhan Darunnadwah.

Additional Information: The focus of this research is regarding the social adaptation process of the children of the Darunnadwah orphanage, Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. The purpose of this study is to provide information about the dynamics of the life of the children at the Darunnadwah orphanage in Kramatwatu District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used includes three elements, namely, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the social adaptation process of the Darunnadwah orphanage children based on Petter L Berger's social construction theory went through 3 stages, namely: Externalization, namely, at this moment the foster children carried out a social adaptation process with values and norms in the form of rules and activities at the orphanage; The objectification is that at this moment the foster child is doing the activity habitualization and social interaction process with caregivers, foster children and the surrounding community; Internalization is that the Darunnadwah foster children identify themselves as good members by accepting every activity and order in the Darunnadwah orphanage.
