Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Timah Industri. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 88 responden yang dihitung dengan rumus Slovin dan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 23.0. Pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji t. berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 23.0 diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien R adalah 0,726. Hal ini menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yaitu sebesar 72,60%. Sedangkan nilai R square adalah sebesar 0,740% berarti Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 72,60% sedangkan sisanya 27,40% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil hipotesis dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel 3,063 > 1,988, variabel Komunikasi Organisasi nilai thitung > ttabel (5,666 > 1,988), dan variabel Budaya Organisasi thitung > ttabel (9,935 > 1,988). Maka Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Komunikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Additional Information: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Organizational Culture to Employee Performance at PT. Catur Sentosa Anugerah . samples are 88 responden were calculated formula of indicator multiplied by Slovin methods of data analysis using Pearson correlation cefficients were performed using aid software IBM SPSS 23.0. Test instrument using validity and reliability test and analysis methods of data using multiple linear regression analysis with t test. Based on the results of the analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software 23.0 note that the value of the coefficient R is 0,726. This suggest Transformational Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Organizational Culture that affect employee performance that is equal to 72,60%. While the value of R square amounted to 0,180 means Transformational Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Organizational Culture by 72,60% while the remaining 27,40% is explained by other factors not discussed in this study. Results of testing the hypothesis showed that Transformational Leadership variable obtained t count thitung > ttabel 3,063 > 1,988), Organizational Communication variable thitung > ttabel (5,666 > 1,988), and Organizational Culture variable thitung > ttabel (9,935 > 1,988). So Transformational Leadership positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, Organizational Communication positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, and Organizational Culture positive and significant effect on employee performance.
