Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif sesuai dengan kuesioner dan survey dengan jenis teknik pengambilan ssmpel adalah sampel jenuh / sensus yang melibatkan 100 sampel karyawan PT. Bubat Perkasa. variabel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah variabel disiplin kerja, kompetensi karyawa dan pelatihan kerja sebagai variabel independent, variabel kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependent. Pengolahan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu Statistical Package for the social sciences (SPSS v24). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : 1). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan analisa menunjukan t-hitung > t�tabel (5.284 > 1.660). 2) Komepetenai karyawan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan berdasarkan analisa menunjukan t-hitung < t-tabel (0.153 < 1.660). 3). Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan analisa menunjukan t-hitung > t-tabel (2.633 > 1.660).

Additional Information: This study uses quantitative research in accordance with questionnaire and suvey the type of sampling technique is a saturated sample / census involving 100 samples of PT. Bubat Perkasa. The variables used by the researcher were work discipline variables, employee competence and job training as independent variables, employee performance variables as the dependent variable. The data processing of this research was carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v24) tool. The results of this study indicate that : 1) Work discipline has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance based on the analysis showing t-count > t-table (5.248 > 1.660). 2) Employee competency has a positive and insignificant effect based on the analysis showing t-count < t-table (0.153 < 1.660). 3). Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance based on the analysis showing t-count > t-table (2,633 > 1,660).
