Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh belanja modal, PDRB dan IPM terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah di 8 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan data panel yang terdiri dari data time series periode 2014-2018 dan data cross section 8 Provinsi. Adapun data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisisi data panel dengan model etimasi Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Berdasarkan hasil uji secara simultan menunjukan bahwa belanja modal, PDRB dan IPM secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial menunjukan bahwa belanja modal tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah, Investasi dan IPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian keuangan daerah.

| Additional Information: | This study aimed to determine the effect of capital expenditure, GDP and HDI to financial independence of 8 Province in Indonesia period 2014-2018. The determination of samples based on the panel data, consisting of time series data for period 2014-2018 and cross section data of 8 province. The data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Directorate General of Financial Balance. This study used panel data analysis method with an estimated Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Based on the results of the tests simultaneously showed that the degree of apital expenditure, GDP and HDI simultaneous had a significant effect on the financial independence. While based on the results of the partial test results showed that the capital expenditure not significant effect on the financial independence, showed that the GDP and HDI had a significant effect on the financial independence.
