Abstract

Salah satu upaya meningkatkanmotivasi belajar siswa adalah dengan bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenmbangkan buku panduan pelaksanaan bimbingnan kelompok dengan metode diskusi, tujuan nya adalah untuk memudahkan guru dengan bimbingan konseling dalam melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok dengab metode diskusi dan dan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa melalui kegiatan bimbingan kelompok yang menarik. Metode yang di gunakan adlah metode peneltian dengan pengembangan (R dan D) dengan mengadaptasi model ADDIE yang di sederhanakan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap analisi, perancang dan pengembangan.

Additional Information: This study aims to determine the description of student learning concentration and Instagram social media addiction and to design a tutoring program to increase student learning concentration and reduce Instagram social media addiction in students. This type of research is descriptive research. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 120 students from class VIII SMPN 1 Serang City. Research on learning concentration is based on 7 aspects, namely, concentration of thought, motivation, worry, feeling depressed, thinking disorders, panic disorders. Furthermore, research on Instagram social media addiction is based on 6 aspects, namely, salience, mood modification, tolerance, withdrawal symptoms, conflict, relapse. The data collection technique used was the distribution of the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the learning concentration of class VIII students of SMPN 1 Serang City was in the medium category at 83%, the high category with 12% and 5% in the low category. The results of research on Instagram social media addiction class VIII SMPN 1 Serang City students are in the medium category with a percentage of 70%, high category 13% and low category 13%. After knowing the level of learning concentration and Instagram social media addiction in students, then designing a program that is based on the results of the research that has been done.
