Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti secara empiris mengenai pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Studi empiris dilakukan pada PT. Pasopati Cilegon. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Kuantitatif serta menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pasopati Cilegon yang berjumlah 69 orang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non probability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ketiga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keempat, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kelima, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan

Additional Information: This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Empirical studies conducted at PT. Pasopati Cilegon. The method in this research is to use quantitative and using analysis techniques Partial Least Square (PLS). The data collection method uses a questionnaire technique. The number of samples in this study were all employees of PT. Pasopati Cilegon, amounting to 69 people. Researchers used sampling techniques with non probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. The results showed that: First, there is a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication on employee performance. Second, there is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment on employee performance. Third, there is a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication on job satisfaction. Fourth, there is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment on job satisfaction.
