Abstract
Memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) sangat penting di sektor pertanian, selain dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi usahatani, TIK juga memfasilitasi pencarian informasi mengenai apapun tentang pertanian, mulai dari hulu sampai dengan hilir. Usahatani mensyaratkan pendidikan dan penguasaan TIK yang memadai, guna terciptanya sumberdaya manusia pertanian (petani) yang berkualitas, karena itu keberadaan petani muda yang cenderung menguasai TIK, harus tetap dijaga dan ditingkatkan jumlahnya. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis sikap petani muda di Kabupaten Lebak terhadap pengembangan usahatani on-farm melalui variabel tingkat keberhasilan pencarian informasi pertanian. Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena terkait dengan pesatnya perkembangan TIK yang sudah dimanfaatkan di seluruh aspek kehidupan terutama oleh mereka yang berusia muda. Survey dilakukan terhadap 66 orang petani muda di Kabupaten Lebak, berusia 19-39 tahun, berusahatani on-farm dan tergabung dalam kelompok tani. Sampel ditarik menggunakan simple random sampling secara proporsional. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan path analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aksesibilitas TIK berbasis internet berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pencarian informasi pertanian digital petani muda. Perilaku pencarian informasi pertanian digital petani muda berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan pencarian informasi pertanian digital. Keberhasilan pencarian informasi pertanian digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap pengembangan usahatani on�farm. Perilaku pencarian informasi pertanian digital petani muda tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap sikap pengembangan usahatani on-farm. Akan tetapi, perilaku pencarian informasi pertanian digital petani muda berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap sikap pengembangan usahatani on-farm melalui variabel keberhasilan pencarian informasi

| Additional Information: | Get in the industrial revolution 4.0 era, the use of information and communication technology (ICT) is crucial in the agricultural sector. Besides being able to increase farm productivity and efficiency, ICT also facilitates the farmers for searching any pieces of information about agriculture, from upstream to downstream. Farming requires adequate education and the ability to use ICT to create quality agricultural human resources (farmers). Therefore, the existence of young farmers who are adept at dealing with ICT, have to be maintained and increased in number. The study was carried out to analyze young farmers attitudes in Lebak Regency towards the development of on-farm farming through the success rate in finding agricultural information variable. This research was necessary because it is related to the advance of ICT which has been utilized in all aspects of life, especially for the young generation. The survey involved 66 young farmers in Lebak regency who are 19-39 aged, running an on-farm business and belong to a farmers group. Samples were determined using simple random sampling proportionally. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that the accessibility of internet-based ICT affected the digital information-seeking behavior of young farmers in agriculture. The digital information-seeking behavior of young farmers has a direct and significant effect on the success of seeking agricultural information. The success of searching for agricultural information has a significant effect on the attitude of on-farm farming development. The digital information�seeking behavior of young farmers does not directly affect the attitude of on-farm farming development. However, the digital information-seeking behavior of young farmers has an indirect effect on the attitude of on-farm farming development through the success of information-seeking variables.
