Abstract

Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Sales and Marketing dalam Mengimplementasikan Customer Relationship Management di Greenotel. Metode penulisan yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif berdasarkan data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan Wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil Laporan Tugas Akhir memaparkan bahwa Implementasi CRM yang dilakukan Sales and Marketing Greenotel sudah cukup baik dikarenakan Sales and Marketing memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan. Sales memanjakan pelanggan dengan sangat baik tetapi adapun kendala yang dihadapi salah satunya sales kurang mengkomunikasikan apa yang diinginkan customer. Saran yang dapat diberikan Sales and Marketing Greenotel perlu meningkatkan komunikasi antara sales dan customer sehingga mengurangi adanya kesalahan

Additional Information: This Final Project Report aims to determine the Role of Sales and Marketing in Implementing Customer Relationship Management at Greenotel. The writing method used is a descriptive method based on primary and secondary data. This Final Project Report data collection using interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the Final Project report explain that the CRM implementation by Greenotel Sales and Marketing is good enough because Sales and Marketing has a good relationship with customers. Sales pamper customers very well, but there are obstacles faced, one of which is sales who do not communicate what the customer wants. Advice that can be given by Sales and Marketing Greenotel needs to improve communication between sales and customers so as to reduce errors.
