Abstract
Tuna rungu mengalami kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi keadaan rumah karena tidak dapat mendengarkan suara yang berada di depannya maupun di sekitarnya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat bantu keamanan rumah yang dapat mengubah suara dan gerakan dari makhluk hidup menjadi sebuah informasi yang dapat diterima oleh penyandang tuna rungu. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengubah suara dari mikrofon (MAX4466) dan pasif inframerah (HC�SR501) untuk mengetahui pergerakan suatu objek. Informasi suara yang di tangkap kemudian dikenali menjadi keadaan seperti tenang, berderau, objek melintas, percakapan, keramaian, dan kendaraan melintas. Informasi tersebut juga ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik pada webserver thingspeak melalui koneksi internet menggunakan Ethernet Shield w5100 dan melalui SMS dengan modul GSM SIM800L. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Sound Pressure Level (SPL), diketahui bahwa suara dapat ditangkap dengan nilai akurasi ± 5 dB dan untuk sensor gerak dapat mendeteksi objek sebesar 80%. Keberhasilan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah 90,5 %.

Additional Information: | People with hearing disability have difficulty obtaining information on the condition of the house because they cannot hear sounds in front of it or around it. The purpose of this research to design a home security tool that can change the sound and movement of living things into information that can be received by deaf people. This system is designed to change the sound from the microphone (MAX4466) and passive infrared (HC-SR501) to determine the movement of an object. Sound information that is captured is recognized into conditions such as calm, noisy, passing objects, conversations, crowds, and vehicles. This information is also displayed in graphical form on the Thingspeak webserver via an internet connection using the Ethernet Shield w5100 and via SMS with the SIM800L GSM module. Based on the results of the Sound Pressure Level (SPL) test, it is known that sound can be captured with an accuracy value of ± 5 dB and for motion sensors it can detect objects by 80%.
