Abstract
Ahmad Zaeni Satriawijaya / 5551160246 / Skripsi / Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap struktur modal profitabilitas sebagai intervening (Studi Pada Perusahaan Sub sektor pelastik dan kemasan Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2010-2018) / Dibawah Bimbingan Aan khurosani, S.E., MM. dan Abdul Rosyid S.E., M.M / Jurusan Manajemen / Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis / Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa / 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran yang diproksikan dengan Logaritma Natural (Ln TA) terhadap Struktur modal yang diproksikan dengan (DER) dengan Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan ROA sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan sub sektor pelastik dan kemasan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2018. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2010-2018. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 7 perusahaan dari 11 jumlah populasi dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Path Analisis. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS v 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) SIZE berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap DER dengan nilai (t – hitung > t – tabel ) ( 1.812 > 1.68195) dengan signifikansi > α = 0,05 (0.076 > 0,05) (2) SIZE berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap ROA dengan (t – hitung > t – tabel ) (-6.505 > 1.68195) dengan nilai signifikansi < α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) (3) DER berpengaruh negative tidak signifikan terhadap ROA dengan hasil (t – hitung > t – tabel ) ( -1.546 < 1.68288) α >= 0,05 (0,129 > 0,05) (4) ROA tidak memediasi antara hubungan dengan SIZE terhadap DER.

This study aims to determine the effect of size proxied by Natural Logarithms (Ln TA) on the capital structure proxied by (DER) with high profitability. proxied by ROA as an intervening variable in the plastic and packaging sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2018. The population used in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2018. The sample of this research is 7 companies from 11 total population using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is Path Analysis. By using the SPSS v 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) SIZE has a positive and insignificant effect on DER with a value (t - count> t - table) (1.812> 1.68195) with a significance> α = 0.05 (0.076> 0.05) (2) SIZE has a significant negative effect on ROA with (t - count> t - table) (-6.505> 1.68195) with a significance value <α = 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) (3) DER has a negative and insignificant effect on ROA with the result (t - count> t - table) (-1.546 <1.68288) α> = 0.05 (0.129> 0.05) (4) ROA does not mediate between the relationship with SIZE to DER.
