Abstract
Syifa Hanifa / 55511160039 / Skripsi / Pengaruh Konflik Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Stres Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Banten / Dibawah bimbingan Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM. dan Dr. H. Djasuro Surya, M.Si / Jurusan Manajemen / Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis / Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa / 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Konflik Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Stres Kerja. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Banten. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah65 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konflik Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja , (2) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, (3) Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Work Conflict, Workload and Work Environment on Work Stress. The population used in this study were all Civil Servants in the Education and Culture Office of Banten Province. The sample of this study was 65 employees. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. By using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Work Stress, (3) Work Environment does not have a significant positive effect on Work Stress.
