Abstract

Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia No.13 Tahun 2012 tentang perlunya penghematan energi pada gedung, terutama ditunjukkan terhadap sistem tata udara, sistem pencahayaan, dan peralatan pendukung lainnya. Sehingga, pelaksanaan audit energi di sebuah bangunan atau gedung, diharapkan dapat menghitung besarnya konsumsi daya dan dapat mengurangi pemakaian energi didalam gedung tersebut. Kemudian selain peraturan tersebut, adanya Peraturan Menteri dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia No.30 Tahun 2012 mengenai kenaikan taraf dasar listrik empat kali pada tahun 2013, menuntut untuk adanya penghematan energi agar tidak terjadi pemborosan energi listrik. Maka dari itu perlunya konservasi energi untuk menghemat energi listrik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukkan dengan analisis sistem pencahayaan dan sistem tata udara pada lantai 1 dan 2 Gedung BR serta lantai 4 dan 5 Gedung Dekanat FT UNTIRTA. Pada sistem pencahayaan dibandingkan dengan SNI 03- 6575-2001. Sedangkan untuk analisa sistem tata udara menggunakan metode cooling load temperature difference (CLTD) yang mengacu pada standar SNI 03- 6390-2011. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil perbandingan intensitas pencahayaan, perbandingan daya pencahayaan, dan penghematan beban pendinginan. Pada sistem pencahayaan tiap ruangan di Gedung BR pada lantai 1 dan 2 sudah diberi rekomendasi yang mampu menghemat Rp Rp 14.794.294,00 pertahun. Kemudian untuk Gedung Dekanat lantai 4 dan 5 dapat menghemat Rp 80.603.728,00/ tahun

Additional Information: In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia No.13 of 2012 concerning the need for energy savings in buildings, this is particularly evident in the air conditioning system, lighting system, and other supporting equipment. Thus, the implementation of an energy audit in a building is expected to calculate the amount of power consumption and reduce energy consumption in the building. Then in addition to these regulations, the existence of Ministerial Regulation and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia No.30 of 2012 concerning the increase in the basic level of electricity four times in 2013, demands energy savings so as not to waste electrical energy. Therefore the need for energy conservation to save electrical energy. This research was carried out by analyzing the lighting system and air conditioning system on the 1st and 2nd floors of the BR Building and the 4th and 5th floors of the FT UNTIRTA Dean Building. The lighting system is compared to SNI 03-6575-2001. Meanwhile, the analysis of the air conditioning system uses the cooling load temperature difference (CLTD) method which refers to the SNI 03-6390-2011 standard. Based on the research that has been done, it is obtained the results of comparison of lighting intensity, comparison of lighting power, and cooling load savings. The lighting system for each room in the BR Building on the 1st and 2nd floors has been given recommendations that can save IDR 14,794,294.00 per year.
