Abstract

Saat ini penerapan TQM di PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama masih memiliki kendala, antara lain masih adanya karyawan yang belum memahami penting nya penerapan TQM, Disisi lain, faktor penting untuk keberhasilan penerapan TQM adalah kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan kondisi saat ini yang di hadapi PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Sistem Reward terhadap TQM pada PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama di Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis linier, uji parsial (t) dan uji simultan (f) dengan perhitungan SPSS V.22. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap TQM, Sistem Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap TQM dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Sistem Reward dapat berkontribusi dan signifikan terhadap TQM.

Additional Information: Currently the implementation of TQM at PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama still has obstacles, including there are still employee who do not understand application by TQM, On the other hand, important factors for the successful application of TQM are transformational leadership and reward systems. Thus, based on the current conditions faced by PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama, this study aims to the influence of transformational leadership and reward systems on the total quality management at PT. Sinar Krakatau Utama in Cilegon City. This study involved a sample of 53 respondents. In this study, using the instrument test method, classical assumption test, linear analysis test, partial test (t) and simultaneous test (f) with the calculation of SPSS V.22. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on TQM, the Reward System has a positive and significant effect on TQM and Transformational Leadership and the Reward System can contribute significantly to TQM.
