The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire with the pursuit of the Likert scale. Data collection methods using a questionnaire method which is then analyzed with the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis with the partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F), and the coefficient of determination test. It can be concluded that partially the leadership style (XI) influences significant to performance (Y), Islamic work culture (X2) has a significant effect on perfomence (Y) as evidenced by the results of the T test, the t value of the leadership style variable is 2,687, which means that the tcount is greater than the 1,703 table so that the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the Islamic work culture variable is 4,684, which means that tcount is greater than ttable 1,703While the F test results obtained Fcount value of 14,510 this result is greater than Ftable of 3.35.
