Rahmawati, M.Si dan Dosen Pembimbing II, Dr. Leo Agustino, Ph.D. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Rencana Induk Pembangunan Kepariwisataan Daerah Tahun 2015-2025 (StudiKasus Pada Objek Wisata Air Panas Cisolong, Kecamatan Kaduhejo, Kabupaten Pandeglang). Identifikasi masalahnya yaituminimnya prasarana fasilitas umum kepariwisataan, lemahnya pemberdayaan masyarakat kepariwisataan di objek wisata Cisolong sebagai pelaku wisata dan belum optimalnya promosi pariwisata yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Pandeglang. Rumusan masalahnya yaitu bagaimana evaluasi pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Rencana Induk Pembangunan Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Pandeglang Tahun 2015-2025 pada objek wisata air panas Cisolong Kabupaten Pandeglang. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu menggunakan teori kriteria evaluasi kebijakan menurut Leo Agustino. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodedeskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 (Studi kasus objek wisata air panas Cisolong) belum terlaksana secara optimal karena dalam pelaksanaannya masih memilikibeberapa permasalahanseperti kurangnya koordinasi antar lintas sektorsehinggakuantitas dan kualitasdestinasibelummeningkat, belummemadainyasarana, prasarana dan teknologi, masyarakatbelummenjadiaktorwisata dan lain sebagainya. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan ialah Diperlukannyakoordinasi antar lintas sektor,melakukan peningkatan sarana dan prasarana dan teknologi, promosi pariwisata, dibuatnya suatu program agar masyarakatmenjadi aktor wisata, perlunya keberlanjutan program di destinasi wisata air panas cisolong. Rahmawati, M.Si. 2nd Advisor Leo Agustino, Ph.D. The focus of this study is the Evaluation of the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Master Plan for Regional Tourism Development in 2015-2025 (Case Study on Cisolong Hot Spring Tourism Object, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency). Identifying the problem is the lack of infrastructure for tourism public facilities, the weak empowerment of the tourism community in Cisolong tourist attractions as tourist actors and the lack of optimal tourism promotion carried out by the Pandeglang Regency Government. The formulation of the problem is how to evaluate the implementation of Pandeglang Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Pandeglang Regency Tourism Development Master Plan for 2015-2025 on the Cisolong hot spring tourist attraction, Pandeglang Regency. The theory used in the study is to use the theory of policy evaluation criteria according to Leo Agustino. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results showed that the Evaluation of the Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2014 (Case study of the Cisolong hot spring tourist attraction) has not been carried out optimally because in its implementation it still has someproblems such as lack of coordination between cross-sectional sector so that the quantity and quality of destinations have not increased, inadequate facilities, infrastructure and technology, people have not become tourist actors and so on. Therecommendations that can be given are the need for coordination between sectors, improving facilities and infrastructure and technology, promoting tourism, creating a program so that the community becomes a tourist actor, the need for program sustainability in hot spring tourist destinations.
