PenelitianinibertujuanuntukmengkajisejauhmanapenanggulanganCovid-19 di Kota Serangberjalan. PenelitianinimenggunakanteorikebijakanpublikdariRiswanda, (2016). Metode penelitian yang digunakanialahkualitatifdeskriptif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkanbahwaPemerintah Kota Serang, menindaklanjutikebijakan-kebijakan yang diambilPemerintah Pusat mengenaipencegahanCovid-19. Tim gugustugasdibentukmengikutiarahandaripemerintahpusat. SatgasCovid-19 di Kota Serang di isi oleh berbagaiunsurpemerintahdaerahlintasorganisasi. Kontrolataskebijakandilakukan oleh pihakpemerintah Kota Serang, selainsebagaipemangkukebijakan juga menjalankanfungsikontrolsecaralangsung. Controling yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kota Serangdilakukandenganmenurunkantimsatuansebagaidelegasidaripemerintahkotaseranguntukmemantausecaralangsung proses penanggulangan yang dilakukan. Terdapatbeberapaupaya strategi yang dijalankan oleh gugustugasCovid-19untukmempercepatpenangananCovid-19, yaknipeningkatan 3T (Testing, Tracing, Treatment). Pemerintah Kota Serang juga menjalankan strategi koordinasisecaravertikal dan horizontal. Selanjutnya, analisispenelitimelihatbahwabudayapelaksanakebijakanpenanggulanganCovid-19sejatinyamemilikitingkatkeseriusandaripelaksana di lapangan. Namundalammenjalankantugastersebutperlu juga menyikapibeberapafaktorlainnyamengingat di Kota SerangmasihmenemukanbeberapakendalayaitumasihkurangnyakesadaranmasyarakatuntukmematuhiprotokolCovid-19. Ketidaksadaranmasyarakatterkaitdenganprotokolkesehatanberdampakbesar dan sangat memengarhi. Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University In dealing with Covid-19 in a regional scope such as in Serang City, mapping between actors must be accompanied by collaboration and comprehensive public communication. This study aims to examine the extent to which the Covid-19 response in Serang City is running. This study uses public policy theory from Riswanda, (2016). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the Serang City Government was following up on the policies taken by the Central Government regarding the prevention of Covid-19. The task force team was formed following directions from the CentralGovernment. The Covid-19 Task Force in Serang City is filled by various elements of the regional Government across organizations. Control over policies is carried out by the Serang City Government, apart from being a policy maker, it also carries out a direct control function. Controlling carried out by the Serang City Government was carried out by sending a unit team as a delegation from the Serang city Government to directly monitor the countermeasures process carried out. There are several strategic efforts carried out by the Covid-19 task force to accelerate the handling of Covid-19, namely increasing 3T (Testing, Tracing, Treatment). The Serang City Government also implements a vertical and horizontal coordination strategy. Furthermore, the researcher's analysis sees that the culture of implementing the Covid-19 response policy actually has a Level of seriousness from the implementers in the field. However, in carrying out this task, it is necessary to also address several other factors considering that Serang City still encounters several obstacles, namely the lack of public awareness to comply with the Covid-19 protocol. Public awareness of health protocols has a big impact and is very influential. Regarding the handling of Covid-19, the skills possessed by the actors who are directly involved in the response to Covid-19 are not yet at a competent and comprehensive Level.
