| Additional Information: | The aim of the research was to determine the different effects of Bacillus sp. endophytic bacteria on the growth of Vania 1 and Vania 2 varieties of vanilla plants. The research was conducted in Greenhouse of Balai Penelitian Tanaman Rempah dan Obat Bogor from November 2019 to March 2020. This research was arranged using Split Plot Factorial design with the first factor was vanili varieties (Vania 1 and Vania 2) and the second factor was concentration of Bacillus sp. endophytic bacteria (0 ml, 25 ml, 50 ml). The results showed that the best treatment if using vanilla plant of Vania 1 variety and given Bacillus sp. endophytic bacteria with a concentration of 25 ml in each plant. There was an interaction between the treatment of vanilla plant Vania 1 variety with the concentration of endophytic Bacillus sp. 25 ml in each plant on shoot height of 18 weeks after planting (36.72 cm), number of leaves 18 weeks after planting (10.19 strands), number of segments 18 weeks after planting (10.81 segments), canopy fresh weight (40.55 g), canopy dry weight (3.06 g).
