Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan, Upah Minimum Regional, dan PDRB, terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Wanita pada 15 Provinsi di Indonesia. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan data panel yang terdiri dari data time series tahun 2016 – 2018 dan data cross section pada 15 provinsi di Indonesia. Adapun data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data panel dengan model estimasi fixed effect model (FEM). Berdasarkan hasil uji secara simultan (Uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pendidikan, upah minimum provinsi, dan PDRB, memiliki pengaruh secara simultan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (Ujit) menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan,upah minimum provinsi dan produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB ) memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja wanita,

Additional Information: This study aims to determine the effect of Education, Provincial Minimum Wages, and GRDP, on the Absorption of Women Workers in 15 Provinces in Indonesia. Determination of the sample is based on panel data consisting of time series data for 2016 - 2018 and cross section data in 15 provinces in Indonesia. The data was obtained from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This research uses panel data analysis method with fixed effect model (FEM) estimation model. Based on simultaneous test results (F-Test), it shows that the influence of education, provincial minimum wage, and GRDP, have a simultaneous effect. Whereas based on the results of the partial test (t-test), it shows that education, provincial minimum wage and gross regional domestic product (GRDP) have a significant influence on the absorption of women workers, .
