Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk 1) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kecepatan penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan internet terhadap kecepatan penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa, 3) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan internet secara bersama-sama terhadap kecepatan penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Serang Raya yang aktif dalam penyusunan skripsi tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah sampel 65 orang yang dipilih menggunakan snowball sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil uji statistik hipotesis 1 diperoleh nilai t hitung diperoleh (2,859) > t tabel (1,998) dan sig (0,034) < sig (0,05) yang menunjukan Ha1 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kecepatan penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Serang Raya. Hasi uji statistik 2 diperoleh nilai t hitung diperoleh (5,410) > t tabel (1,998) dan sig (0,000) < sig (0,05) yang menunjukan Ha2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh pemanfaatan internet terhadap kecepatan penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Serang Raya. Hasil uji statistik hipotesis 3 diperoleh nilai F hitung (18,509) > F tabel (3,14) dan sig (0,000) < 0,05 yang menunjukan Ha3 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan internet secara bersama-sama terhadap kecepatan penyelesaian skripsi mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Serang Raya.

Additional Information: The research objectives were to 1) Knowing the effect of learning motivation on student thesis completion speed, 2) Knowing the effect of internet usage on student thesis completion speed, 3) Knowing the effect of learning motivation and the use of the internet together on student thesis completion speed. The object of research was students of the Faculty of Information Technology, Serang Raya University who were active in the preparation of thesis for the 2019/2020 academic year with a total sample of 65 people who were selected using snowball sampling. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression tests processed with SPSS version 20.00. The results of the statistical test for hypothesis 1 obtained that the t value was obtained (2.859)> t table (1.998) and sig (0.034) <sig (0.05) which indicated that Ha1 was accepted, meaning that there was an effect of learning motivation on the speed of completion of theses of students at the Faculty of Information Technology, University. Serang Raya. The result of the 2 statistical test, the t value is obtained (5,410)> t table (1.998) and sig (0,000) <sig (0.05) which shows that Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of internet use on the speed of completion of theses of students of the Faculty of Information Technology, Serang Raya University. The results of the statistical test of hypothesis 3 obtained the value of F count (18.509)> F table (3.14) and sig (0.000) <0.05 which indicates that Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of learning motivation and the use of the internet together on the speed of completing student theses.
